Complete the hotel checks before paying. Then use the shorter daily reset to prepare one area, one meal, one nap plan and one exit.

Before you leave

Set up the day.

  • Write down the child's usual wake, nap, meal and bedtime windows.
  • Choose whether naps require the hotel or already work in the stroller or carrier.
  • Save the hotel name, address, phone number and nearest usable station route in Korean.

Follow the route

Your plan, in order.

Times are suggested planning anchors. Copy the route, then adjust it for your date, opening hours, and pace.

  1. 1 · Hotel
    01

    Confirm the room in writing

List every guest. Confirm legal occupancy, exact beds, cot or bed rail, room size, lift access, fridge or microwave, laundry and the quiet-room request. Record any extra charge and whether the item is guaranteed.

  2. 2 · Area
    02

    Choose one morning anchor

Book one child-suitable museum, palace, aquarium or park if required. Put lunch in the same area. Remove any second district that makes the nap return fragile.

  3. 3 · Route
    03

    Check platform to entrance

Save origin and destination stations, elevator facilities, the usable exit and the final street approach. Add time for the lift detour and wait. Keep a surface-ride or hotel-return fallback.

  4. 4 · Mobility
    04

Prepare the stroller and day bag

Test the fold. Pack one change of clothes, wipes, a small rubbish bag, water, rain cover and the next snack. Add a carrier only if it is already familiar.

  5. 5 · Nap
    05

    Choose the real sleep plan

For a room nap, calculate the return from the morning area. For an on-the-go nap, save a flat, quieter place and keep the next timed booking outside the nap window.

  6. 6 · Meals
    06

Save lunch and an early dinner

Check table seating, stroller space, high chair availability and one mild dish. Keep the dinner close to the hotel and save the Korean questions on both adults' phones.

  7. 7 · Reset
    07

    Five minutes before bed

Check weather, the next reservation, transit cards, stroller, clothes and snacks. Name the optional stop you will drop first. Charge both phones and keep the hotel pin available offline.

Make it your trip

Useful changes.

  • Two children: give each adult one clear boarding and bag responsibility; avoid a plan that requires both adults to carry luggage and sleeping children at once.
  • Rain or heat: replace the park with the saved indoor facility and keep the meal and hotel return unchanged.
  • Failed nap: cancel the optional afternoon stop, eat earlier and protect bedtime rather than trying to recover the sightseeing list.
